I USED TO HAVE A HORRIBLE RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD.

WATCHING MY MOTHER STARVE HERSELF SO SHE WOULD BE THIN GAVE ME A HORRIBLE IMAGE OF WHAT A HEALTHY BODY/FOOD RELATIONSHIP SHOULD BE.

THUS LEADING MYSELF THROUGH A DESTRUCTIVE PATH BATTLING IN SECRET AN EATING DISORDER FOR YEARS.

ONE DAY I REALIZED THAT SOMETHING NEEDED TO CHANGE.

AFTER SEEKING HELP OUT ON MY OWN IN THE FORM OF A COACH I WAS ABLE TO DISCOVER MY TRUE SELF AND LEARN TO LOVE MYSELF AGAIN. MY APPROACH TO NUTRITION IS MUCH MORE GENTLE. I NOW LISTEN TO MY BODY AND FUEL IT WITH WHOLESOME NUTRITIOUS FOODS THAT MY BODY CRAVES.

YOU’LL USUALLY FIND ME STARTING MY DAY BY JOURNALING, RUBBING MYSELF DOWN IN ESSENTIAL OILS AND MEDITATING OR ENJOYING A KICK ASS PAD SESSION IN THE RING WITH MY MUAY THAI TRAINER.

IN THE PROCESS OF HEALING MYSELF I REALIZED THAT THE LINE OF WORK THAT I WAS IN (I’M A NURSE) WAS NO LONGER SERVING ME.

SO I WENT TO THE INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION TO BECOME CERTIFIED AS A HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH.

NOTHING FILLS MY CUP MORE THAN HELPING OTHERS ALONG THEIR WELLNESS JOURNEY TO TRUE WELL BEING. FOR THOSE BATTLING AN EMOTIONAL EATING DISORDER, JUST KNOW I GET YOU AND I’M HERE FOR YOU.
